Frank joins Amberjack after previously partnering with Amberjack to create Milestone Environmental Services where he served as board member, partner, and Chief Financial Officer from the company’s founding in 2014 to 2024, following Amberjack’s exit in October 2023. Before Milestone, Frank was co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of two private equity-backed companies and served as a board member with three private equity- backed businesses, following a career in banking.
Frank received his BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and his M.B.A from The University of Texas at Austin.
Frank is active in the Houston community formerly serving as a board member and chairman of a food rescue charity that is now part of the Houston Food Bank. He also serves as a guest lecturer on corporate finance topics at Texas A&M University and the University of Texas at Austin. With 3 grown children out of college, Frank and his wife Justine enjoy adventure travel & snow skiing.
