Tier 1 Energy Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Sutherland as Chief Executive Officer. Effective January 1, 2022, Mr. Sutherland will step into the shoes of Kevin O’Dwyer, our former CEO, who is transitioning to Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Sutherland is a co-founder of Tier 1 and has served on the executive management team since November 2013. Rob has been a keystone in Tier 1’s leadership, spearheading Sales, Marketing and Operations throughout his time with Tier 1.
Prior to joining Tier 1, Mr. Sutherland worked at Schlumberger as the sales manager of Wireline and previous to that he held various roles in sales, management, and operations.
Mr. Sutherland will oversee the continued growth of Tier 1 in Canada and the United States with a focus on Technology and ESG.
We thank Kevin O’Dwyer for his invaluable leadership over the past 8 years and we look forward to his continued contributions to the company in his new role.
